  • Category: Registered Nurse CCBHC Staff Nurse RN Finding a nurse for a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) requires a unique blend of clinical expertise and understanding of the mental health system. These roles are not just about vitals; they are about integrated care—treating the "whole person" by bridging the gap between physical and mental health. The CCBHC Nurse is a vital member of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing integrated, community-based care. You will work alongside therapists, psychiatrists, and case managers to provide health screenings, medication management, and chronic disease education to individuals with serious mental illness (SMI), substance use disorders (SUD), and co-occurring physical health conditions. Summary of Job Duties Integrated Health Screenings Medication Administration Crisis Intervention Care Coordination Health and Literacy Coaching Compliance and Documentation WCMHS provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and a generous paid time off package including flexible holidays and 12 vacation days in year one. The starting pay range for this position is $48.00-$50.40 per hour. Qualifications Summary of Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current and active Vermont RN license At least 1 – 2 years of experience in behavioral health and, or community health settings is preferred. Work Environment The position will coordinate care for children and adults, from a variety of backgrounds, in face paced and, at times, unpredictable environment. Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current and active Vermont RN license. Preference is given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in behavioral or community health settings.
