Position Details

Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker is a direct care psychiatric rehabilitation worker, under the direction of a Program Director/Program Coordinator/Manager, whose primary focus is the delivery of community services to individuals with mental health and co-occurring challenges.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

  • A minimum of a high school diploma and 2 years of human services work experience that includes one year of mental health direct care experience, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • All candidates will complete 60 hours of psychiatric rehabilitation training within 2 years of hire (CPRP certification a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a recovery-based-trans-disciplinary team environment.
  • Ability to travel with members by public transportation. (Must possess own vehicle, valid driver's license and a clean record a plus).
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including evening and/or weekends.
