Description Resident Care Assistant Are you looking for a meaningful role that serves others? Fairway View Assisted Living seeks a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to provide quality care for our residents.
Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks Engage residents in social interactions and activities Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environment Medication management in accordance to residents plan of care Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols
