LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN *sign-on bonus may be available for some programs We are hiring LPN's across Southwest Missouri (Springfield, Branson, and the surrounding communities) supporting programs such as: Psychiatry Community Support Substance Use Recovery Crisis Services Residential Services ...and more (subject to availability) Our organization offers a unique opportunity to work in a community mental health setting and make a real difference in people's lives. As an LPN, you will provide compassionate and skilled care to individuals receiving psychiatric, substance abuse, crisis, and residential services. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure that each individual receives personalized attention and support. General LPN Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physicians' orders Monitor vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant health data Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records Educate clients and their families about various medical conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care Promote a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
