The therapist is responsible for assessing patients, creating and updating Master Treatment Plans, and facilitating individual and group therapy sessions. They must also perform mental status exams and manage patient attendance tracking and documentation.
Assesses the patient and prepares an individual Master Treatment Plan and monthly reviews and updates thereafter. Performs mini-mental status exam, psychosocial assessments, facilitates both individual and group therapy, documenting all interactions in a time frame compliant with company, state, and federal guidelines. Is responsible for contacting any patient who is absent for 3 or more days to determine reason for the absence and when they plan to return to the program.
