We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality behavioral health care in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat residents with psychiatric and behavioral conditions. Active New York Nurse Practitioner license Board Certification as PMHNP Active DEA license Experience in SNF, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with geriatric psychiatry Familiarity with EMR systems Ability to work independently
