Key Responsibilities Provide Hands-On Care in Their Home – Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Maintain Comfort & Care – Support housekeeping tasks such as laundry, sweeping, and grocery shopping.
Support Mealtime– Help participants enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
Keep Things Moving – Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
Perform Vital Checks – Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
Maintain Comfort & Care – Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials.
Provide Responsive Support – Respond with kindness and compassion.
Monitor with Watchful Eyes – Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.
Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise High School Diploma or GED.
Must be certified as a Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Michigan.
Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
Flexibility to provide coverage in the evening and on weekends.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the elderly.
CPR certification is desired or obtained within 3 months of employment.
