As a Resident Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by providing compassionate personal care, supporting daily activities, and offering essential assistance in our assisted living and memory care areas. Your dedication will help create a safe, warm, and nurturing environment where residents feel valued, supported, and at home.
Key Responsibilities Provide Hands-On Care – Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Support Mealtime– Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
Keep Things Moving – Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
Perform Vital Checks – Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
Maintain Comfort & Care – Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials.
Provide Responsive Support – Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion.
Monitor with Watchful Eyes – Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.
Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Must be 18 years of age or older.
Previous experience in a caregiver role, preferred.
Experience with ADLs, preferred.
Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 35 pounds without assistance.
Previous working knowledge of Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR) system, preferred.
