In this role, you’ll assess strength, balance, and mobility to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that include therapeutic exercise, gait training, and pain management for participants with complex needs. Working in both clinic and community settings, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care, lead engaging group exercise programs, and track progress while adapting treatment plans to meet individual goals.
