Description Memorial Community Health, Inc. is in search of a part-time Resident Assistant for our long-term facility, Memorial Community Care.
This position offers 8-20 flexible hours per week, with scheduling that can accommodate school commitments.
The role does require alternating weekends and holidays as part of the schedule.
The Resident Assistant provides compassionate, high-quality care and support to residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal assistance, while observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
