Deerfield Supportive Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. In this part-time position, you will play an essential role in providing high-quality, person-centered care while supporting the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. Working under the direction of the Wellness Director, you will collaborate with fellow team members to deliver exceptional clinical care in a warm and supportive living environment.
Primary responsibilities
Provide daily nursing care and clinical services in accordance with individualized care plans.
Perform resident assessments, monitor vital signs, and promptly report changes in condition.
Administer medications accurately and maintain complete and timely documentation.
Collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and interdisciplinary team members to support resident care.
Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to direct care staff.
Promote a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Wellness Director.
