Start date 07/30/2026 for a 4-week assignment with 5x8 daytime shifts in a hospital setting.

Weekly pay ranges from $2,335 to $2,450 per week.

Guaranteed hours are not guaranteed.

May involve occasional on-call and limited floating to an outpatient facility.

Typical workload includes 7–8 studies per day with patient populations in inpatient, outpatient, and ICU settings.

Responsibilities

  • Perform adult echocardiography studies and related ultrasound imaging per lab protocols
  • Acquire, optimize, and interpret images; ensure high-quality studies and accurate measurements
  • Document findings in the electronic medical record (EPIC) within the required time frame
  • Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure safety, privacy, and infection control
  • Coordinate with cardiology physicians and other healthcare team members; participate in routine on-call responsibilities as required
  • May float to outpatient facilities as needed; maintain flexibility within coverage expectations

Requirements

  • Certifications: ARDCS (ARDMS or CCI) required; Ultrasound Tech Certification Verification (Equivalency) noted
  • Licenses: BLS certification (AHA) and EKG recognition required
  • Experience: minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience
  • EPIC experience within the past 2 years is required
  • Ability to work in a hospital setting and manage a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation in the area
  • Start date readiness and ability to start within two weeks as noted
