EPIC Health Partners is seeking passionate and motivated Clinician to join our growing team as group facilitators within our Addiction & Recovery Treatment Services. This role delivers provides structured group education, relapse‑prevention support, and person‑centered interventions to individuals engaged in substance use treatment.
Facilitate psychoeducational, skills‑building, and therapeutic group sessions in accordance with ASAM criteria and program requirements. Support individuals in identifying treatment goals and applying recovery‑oriented skills. Maintain group structure, safety, engagement, and therapeutic boundaries in a person-centered environment. Monitor participant participation and report clinical or safety concerns requiring supervisory or clinical review. Collaborate with clinical supervisors, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care. Complete accurate and timely documentation, including group notes SAR's, ISP's, and attendance records, in compliance with DBHDS, DMAS, and EPIC Health Partners standards. Provide crisis support and service coordination as needed within scope of role. Conduct and review clinical assessments. Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
Active registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP, LPC, LCSW, LSATP) Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing substance use and/or mental health services in individual, family, or group settings. Knowledge of ASAM criteria, relapse‑prevention strategies, and evidence‑based addiction treatment approaches. Ability to facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups. Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
