About the role

The Residential Counselor provides support, skill teaching, and supervision to adults with mental illness living in a group home. The role also focuses on facilitating community integration for the residents.

The Residential Counselor provides support, skill teaching, supervision, and community integration to adults with mental illness who reside in our group home.

This farmhouse sits in an idyllic and peaceful area of Greenland, NH.

This role works closely with residents without the requirement of clinical care, which offers a rewarding but not daunting environment.

A qualified candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, or related field, plus one year of experience working with persons with mental illness.
