About the role

Perform patient assessments and serve as a liaison between patients and the healthcare team. Educate patients on health maintenance and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Monday to Friday 8: 00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)

Full-time (40/hour per week)

Locations available: Chattanooga, TN, In-Person

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient assessments, including obtaining vital signs, medical history, and symptoms.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and the healthcare team, advocating for patient needs and concerns.
  • Respond to patient emergencies as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulation.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a state-approved LPN training program.
  • Current, active LPN license in Tennessee.
  • Certification in CPR and OSHA training.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.

Requirements
