About the role

The provider will conduct intake sessions, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic care to individuals, couples, and families. They are also responsible for diagnosing clients using the DSM, assessing risks, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team and help clients achieve their goals through compassionate, professional care.

What You'll Do: Conduct initial intake sessions and recommend appropriate care and treatment plans.

Deliver exceptional individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients' strengths and needs.

Utilize the DSM to assess and diagnose effectively.

Assess clients for risks, including suicide or self-harm, and address them with sensitivity and expertise.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded support for clients.

Stay current in the field by participating in workshops, training, and professional development.

Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with all policies and procedures.

Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality and ethical practice.

Actively engage in team meetings, networking efforts, and community outreach to support the organization's mission and values.

What We're Looking For: Education: A master's degree and active licensure in mental health counseling or social work in the state where the clinic is located.

Experience

At least one year of mental health counseling experience is preferred.

Requirements
