Key Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and assist with documentation and filing.
Maintain and update client medical records.
Support the admission process and obtain necessary consents.
Assist with routine medical appointments.
Take vital signs and collect urine screens, documenting for clinical review.
Complete and monitor lab requisitions, reviewing results with the medical team.
Support medication ordering and prior authorization processes.
Schedule follow-up medical appointments and coordinate external referrals.
Perform other duties as assigned by the medical team.
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. A Medical Assistant degree or certification is preferred.
