About the role

The role involves managing specimen integrity, performing test procedures, and overseeing general laboratory operations. The assistant is also responsible for quality control, documentation, and maintaining safety standards.

Here’s What You Need · High School Diploma or Equivalent required. · CLIAFE – must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency. · 6 months’ experience as a phlebotomist is highly preferred. · PBT (ASCP) – Phlebotomy Technician preferred upon hire.
