Description We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality care to our patients, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure each patient’s needs are met with excellence and empathy.
Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient status.
Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to determine care needs and document findings.
Care
Planning: Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as state and federal guidelines.
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State].
