The Clinical Navigator RN demonstrates critical thinking, initiative and expertise in oncology. He/she will provide care coordination throughout the cancer continuum. In addition, the Clinical Navigator RN is responsible to coordinate and provide survivorship information for ongoing health and wellness according to the Commission on Cancer (CoC) standard requirements.
