Independently Licensed at the Master’s level (i.e., LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in the State of Washington. Two years of experience providing direct patient care. Driver’s License with good driving record and access to a vehicle that is legally insured to be used for off-site clinical services, consultation, or case management.
Experience in healthcare. Experience using electronic health records. Type at least 35 wpm.
