The RN is responsible for developing, implementing, and revising care plans for patients and families while promoting the mission of Vibra Healthcare. This includes providing direct care and supervising nursing staff in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
Vibra Hospital of Northern California, located in Redding, CA, is a 50 bed Critical Care Hospital and a 32 bed SNF providing long-term acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current (hourly or annual) range is $41.00 to $64.56 Weekday Night Shift Differential: $5.00/hour Weekend Night Shift Differential: $6.50/hour LVN/RN You may also be eligible for the NOC & Weekend Day differentials ranging from $3.00 to $6.50 per hour, depending upon the date/time you work.
Candidates must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of employment and a current BLS certification. ACLS certification is required within six months of hire, and previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
