How you’ll make an impact in this role Create individualized treatment plans that empower patients and their families to achieve their specific recovery goals. Evaluate patient conditions through comprehensive assessments to ensure every clinical intervention is tailored to their unique needs. Perform evidence-based therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and enhance their overall quality of life. Lead and mentor support personnel, including assistants and students, to maintain a high standard of collaborative care across the rehab team.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Physical Therapy (PT) license credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
