Responsibilities

What You’ll Do Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or in a hospice facility Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Administer medication, monitor vital signs, and manage symptoms to ensure patient comfort Educate and support patients and their families regarding end-of-life care and symptom management Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources Offer emotional support, counseling, and education to patients and their families, addressing their unique needs and concerns Why Advantage? Qualifications

About You You should have an active RN license in the state in which you are practicing or be a new grad with eligibility to take NCLEX. Minimum 1 year of experience in hospice, palliative care, or related field preferred but not required. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. Knowledge of hospice regulations and practices preferred. Requirements
