Village Caregiving is looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team and provide exceptional in-home care to clients in the Defiance, Ohio area. As a Home Health Aide, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by:
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction.
Following individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needs.
Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping and laundry.
Creating a clean, safe, and supportive home environment.
Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition to the care team.
Encouraging independence while providing compassionate, respectful care.
What we're looking for
Current Ohio Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while delivering quality care.
Reliable transportation is preferred.
