Village Caregiving is looking for compassionate, dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team in the Toledo area. If you are passionate about helping others and enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients, we'd love to have you on our team.
As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide one-on-one, personalized care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
Provide companionship and emotional support while encouraging independence and dignity.
Follow individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needs and preferences.
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed.
Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
Monitor clients' overall well-being and report any changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all company policies and HIPAA confidentiality standards.
