We're looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Team Nurse to support our hospice clinical team by providing skilled nursing visits, assisting with patient coverage, completing scheduled assessments, and helping ensure every patient receives exceptional care—even when their primary nurse is unavailable.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who values independence in the field while being backed by a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
As a Hospice Team Nurse, you'll partner with RN Care Managers and other clinical professionals to deliver high-quality hospice care throughout Columbus and the surrounding service area.

Requires a current Ohio RN license, an Associate Degree in Nursing or higher, and valid CPR certification. Preferred candidates have a BSN and two or more years of experience in acute care, home health, or hospice.
