Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to individual care plans Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment Monitor and document client health, behavior, and daily activities Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
