HIGH-EARNING ON-CALL CAREGIVER – HHA/CNA PREFERRED Base Pay + On-Call Stipend + Overtime + Bonuses Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring an experienced, dependable On-Call Caregiver to support seniors in their homes and respond to urgent care needs outside regular business hours.

In this role, you'll receive a flat on-call stipend in addition to hourly pay for any client visits worked, with the potential to combine full-time hours, overtime, and bonus pay into one strong pay period.

You'll help seniors remain safe and comfortable at home by providing quality care that improves their daily lives.
On-Call Expectations Be available during assigned on-call days and hours Return calls within 15 minutes during on-call time Be able to leave for a client within 30 minutes of being contacted Accept assignments during the on-call period, including assisted living and hospice coverage when needed Review care plans before providing care Complete documentation accurately and on time Maintain client confidentiality and report concerns appropriately Keep reliable transportation, an insured vehicle, and active email access What We're Looking For Experience caring for seniors HHA or CNA certification preferred, but strong experience will be considered Compassionate, respectful, and dependable Strong communication and time management skills Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Additional Responsibilities Assist with mobility, personal care, meals, errands, and light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Report any unusual incidents Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
