Liberation Programs, Inc. is currently seeking a Recoveree Navigator to work at our Outpatient Treatment Facility in Bridgeport, CT.
The Recoveree Navigator will serve as a source of hope and support, including as a motivator, recovery resource broker, mentor and liaison to individuals struggling with opioid misuse or other substance misuse, including alcohol. The main function of the Recoveree Navigator will include line monitoring, check ins and treatment support services to Recoverees in our Bridgeport Health and Wellness Center. The ideal person will be enthusiastic, kind, extremely well organized and passionate in working closely with people in recovery.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Experience in building coach-recoveree relationships and an understanding of medication-assisted treatment are required.
