Join Our Caring Team at Highgrove Senior Living! We are seeking a Certified Kentucky Medication Aide (CMA) to provide exceptional care and support to our residents during overnight hours. If you are compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to enhancing the lives of seniors, we’d love to meet you!
What you’ll do
Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to nursing staff.
Assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity for all residents.
Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care.
Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and their families.
What we’re looking for
Current Kentucky Medication Aide Certification.
Previous experience in senior living or healthcare preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work overnight shifts (7p–7a) with flexibility.
