What you’ll do

As an essential member of our clinical team, you will

• Provide safe, high‑quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility policies
• Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to interventions
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and dignity
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support a positive, collaborative, and patient‑centered environment
• Participate in care planning and contribute to continuous quality improvement

• What we’re looking for
• Current LPN license in good standing
• Strong assessment and critical‑thinking skills
• Compassionate, patient‑focused care philosophy
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work a 12‑hour day shift (7p–7a)
• Every other weekend required
• Prior experience in healthcare preferred (but we welcome new grads!)
