Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team.

We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers.

This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients.

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts will vary and are scheduled between 7am-7pm.

This role requires consistent availability during those hours, though exact shift times may vary.

Location: Primarily based in our Carlsbad or Mission Valley center, this role will be asked to cover other areas centers as needed. Reliable personal transportation is required.

Your Role

Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.

Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.

Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
  • Minimum
  • Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial relevant work experience preferably in patient or customer facing roles. Stable and consistent work history.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

  • Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation to travel between centers is required.

Statement: Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
