As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to our patients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Support patients with medication reminders and light household tasks.
Observe and report changes in patients’ physical or emotional condition.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Maintain documentation of care provided in accordance with agency guidelines.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in home health care or as a Home Health Aide is an advantage. Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and follow established care plans. Current or willingness to obtain Home Health Aide certification preferred. Dependable transportation for traveling to patient homes.
