Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their home environment Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands or transportation Maintain accurate care logs and documentation per agency guidelines
