Discovery is looking for a talented and passionate Apheresis Nurse to join our dynamic Donor Management team. As an Apheresis Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role delivering direct care to normal healthy donors undergoing blood and/or tissue collections in an outpatient setting. Review the donor schedule, prepare collection equipment, and coordinate workflow with front desk and clinical staff
Perform donor eligibility assessments, initiate IVs, conduct apheresis or blood collections, and closely monitor donor safety throughout procedures
Educate donors on the collection process, program expectations, and aftercare while delivering a high‑touch, positive donor experience
