Provide one-on-one overnight nursing care. Monitor for seizure activity and changes in condition. Administer overnight PEG tube feedings using a feeding pump. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and incontinence care. Assist with mobility and wheelchair use as needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Communicate effectively with the family and the clinical team to ensure quality care.
