MercyOne Genesis is seeking a BC/BE Total Joint / Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing orthopedic team. This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational member of a new orthopedic practice, with the ability to shape the direction of our joint replacement program from the ground up.
We are looking for a surgeon who is passionate about complex primary and revision joint arthroplasty, committed to delivering exceptional outcomes, and eager to practice in a collaborative, well‑supported environment. With strong system infrastructure, dedicated OR access, and robust APP support, you’ll have everything you need to build a thriving practice.
Come build something new. As part of a new and expanding practice, you’ll have the autonomy to help design, grow, and refine a high-performing adult reconstruction program.
High-volume potential. With a large regional draw and an established referral base, you’ll have immediate access to a wide variety of cases.
