The physician will provide comprehensive medical care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses, including making professional medical judgments and managing the provider/patient relationship. Responsibilities also include ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, and participating in health management initiatives.
Provider cares for patients, by providing outpatient, primary care services. Provider will lead and work collaboratively with a team, including nurses, medical assistants, case and care managers, behavioral health clinicians, pharmacist clinicians, and clerical staff to provide care to patients. The position requires regular communication and collaboration with others.

Provider will have 36 hours of scheduled patient care and 4 hours of administrative time per week. 4-day work week options with Flexible Schedule
Patient Volume is average 16 to 18 patients per day
No call responsibility
No inpatient responsibilities
Salary guaranteed for 3 years with production & panel management incentives
$75,000 sign on bonus
