Easterseals Adult Day Health day program serves individuals with disabilities, and those requiring memory care support. In this role, you will manage medical needs of participants, provide training to staff and participants, and participate as a member of an interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong written & verbal communication skills and uphold a commitment to safety.
Requires a valid Delaware LPN or RN license and a nursing degree or two years of experience working with adults with disabilities. Must be CPR/First Aid certified, proficient in Microsoft programs, and possess a valid driver's license.
