Catarsys Family Counseling is looking for a compassionate and driven Associate Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in La Mirada, CA. Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to a diverse caseload of clients Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, client-centered care Participate in regular clinical supervision to support licensure hours and professional development Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR or trauma-informed approaches Uphold ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
