The Opportunity We are currently hiring dedicated and compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support for aging adults in their homes. What You'll Do Caregiver responsibilities may vary depending on the client's needs, but often include: Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation Medication reminders Helping with personal care and hygiene (depending on training/experience) Transportation to appointments, errands, or social outings Promoting safety, comfort, and independence in the home We carefully match caregivers with clients based on skills and location—within a 15-mile radius of your home.
We offer a CNA training program for caregivers looking to grow their careers! Classroom: Two 8-hour days/week for 8 weeks Clinical: 40 hours (completed in one week) Led by an experienced Registered Nurse Rate increase upon CNA licensure
18 years of age or older Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred but not required Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds Willingness to undergo a background check, drug screening, and BCI check Must be willing to obtain required RI state vaccinations (including COVID)
