Oversee recovery houses, ensuring guests have the support and resources necessary to succeed in attaining long-term sobriety. Manage each recovery house to ensure it is well maintained and adheres to all compliance requirements.
Education and Experience required/degree, and/or certification required (if applicable):
1. Knowledge in Mental and Behavioral Health/Substance Abuse Field.
2. Excellent skills in listening and verbal communication.
3. Knowledge in the programs and resources within the facility.
4. Excellent skills in time management.
5. GED or high school diploma preferred
6. Certified Peer Recovery Specialist designation preferred
7. May be required to be CPR certified and/or maintain CPR certification.
Requires knowledge of mental health and substance abuse fields with a preference for a high school diploma and Certified Peer Recovery Specialist designation. CPR certification may be required.
