Caregiver at The Peninsula Regent Typical Day No two days are exactly alike, but your shift will center around helping residents maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence.
A typical shift is active, rewarding, and resident-focused.
You'll provide hands-on personal care and medication support for residents in both Assisted Living and Independent Living, respond to call lights, assist with mobility and daily activities, and help residents enjoy meals, walks, and community activities.
Depending on resident needs, you'll work with both Assisted Living and Independent Living residents, so flexibility and a willingness to adapt are important.
You'll also document care, communicate with your team during shift changes, and respond to changing resident needs throughout the day.
This role keeps you moving, working collaboratively, and making a meaningful difference in residents' lives every shift.

Preferred experience in Assisted Living and providing one-on-one personal care. Candidates should be comfortable using computer-based systems for electronic charting and documentation.
