The Carolina Inn is hiring full-time CNAs for consistent weekday shifts — evenings (3pm–11pm). No rotating weekends. No last-minute schedule changes. Just a stable schedule at a facility that has been the standard for assisted living in Fayetteville for 25 years.

What we need from you Active NC CNA certification — must be on the NC Nurse Aide Registry (required) Availability for full-time weekday shifts Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude Ability to pass background check and drug screen
CPR certification and prior assisted living experience are a plus — not a requirement. New grads are welcome to apply.
