Main Responsibilities You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida or to obtain Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine (or board eligible) DEA or to obtain Bi-lingual in Spanish and English One year+ experience working in value-based health care If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB Must be willing to participate in on-call coverage by phone #LI-CS2 Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$255,000 - $298,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
