The primary purpose of this position is to effectively manage cases and to coordinate referrals with outside medical facilities, clinics, and agencies, in order to provide the appropriate patient care. Job duties require the equivalent of a high school education with a preferred two-year Associate Degree in business or healthcare management. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Must maintain effective written and oral communication/English skills and proficiency in Microsoft office programs. Must maintain a current NC driver’s license for outside travel.
