First Choice Health Centers is looking for a bilingual Behavioral Health Clinician to join our center and provide high quality care to patients in East Harford and Manchester, CT. LMSW and LCSW applicants welcome to apply!
You will be responsible for providing Psychotherapy to adults and children (based on preference and/or experience) in our community health center. You will also have the opportunity to participate in educational activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Actual pay will be determined based on several factors. These may include education, work experience and in some instances, certifications. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and an independent license (LMSW or LCSW) in the state of Connecticut. Oral fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred, along with experience providing clinical services to underserved populations.
