Market context

California RRT roles stay clinically competitive

California Registered Respiratory Therapist roles are often in steady demand across hospitals and acute care settings, especially where respiratory support, critical care, and pediatric or neonatal coverage are needed. These positions are competitive because employers typically look for an AMA-accredited respiratory care background plus current credentials such as RRT or CRT, ACLS, PALS, and NRP. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your licensure status and certification renewal dates before applying.
