We are looking for a Pulmonologist working out of our Queens and Brooklyn locations to help in our mission of providing top notch medical services to our Union members.

The Pulmonologist is responsible for providing comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with acute and chronic respiratory diseases.
The Pulmonologist works collaboratively with primary care providers and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, value-based patient-centered care while promoting disease prevention, education, and evidence-based treatment.
Education and Experience
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
Current unrestricted medical license in the state of New York.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease.
Current DEA registration.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency.
Completion of an accredited Pulmonary Medicine fellowship.
Previous outpatient pulmonary practice experience preferred.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
Experience treating adult patients with chronic respiratory diseases.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree, a New York state medical license, and be Board Certified or Eligible in Pulmonary Disease. Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary Medicine fellowship is required.
